Job Description

Adams & Martin Group is seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our client's legal team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, assist with legal documentation, and ensure the smooth operation of the law firm.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports.

* Maintain and organize case files and legal records.

* File documents with courts, including appellate, federal and state courts.

* Schedule meetings, court appearances, and appointments.

* Communicate with clients, court staff, and other legal professionals.

* Assist with time entry, handling of documentation of expenses and other administrative tasks.

* Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma required; degree preferred but not required.

* Prior office or legal experience is helpful but not required.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

* Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.

* Willingness to learn and take direction.

Salary: $40K to $50K depending on experience
